3. Requesting Service

When you request service, you must provide accurate information, including your location, vehicle details, and the nature of the problem. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that you have the right to authorize service.

You agree to remain in a safe location while waiting and to follow instructions from our dispatchers and operators.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are quoted based on the type of service, distance, vehicle size, and circumstances. Quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply for after-hours service, heavy-duty vehicles, winching, recovery, tolls, storage, or special equipment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. You are responsible for any damage caused by inaccurate information or failure to disclose vehicle conditions.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

You may cancel a service request before our truck arrives. Cancellations after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation or dry-run fee. If our operator arrives and the customer is unreachable or unavailable, a no-show fee may apply.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

BH Towing California performs services with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, natural wear, or circumstances beyond our control, such as road conditions, weather, or accidents during transport.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible for towing.
• Remove or secure valuables before service.
• Pay all charges promptly.
• Comply with all applicable laws and lawful instructions from our team.

8. Vehicle Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles stored at our facility or an affiliated lot are subject to daily storage fees. Customers are responsible for retrieving their vehicles promptly. Vehicles not claimed after the period required by law may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold according to applicable state and local laws.

9. Intellectual Property
